Just to let you know that the house is still on the market so keep praying. The buyers backed out this morning. They used the inspector’s report as their “out.” Of course he found a few things – they always do. The things he found can be fixed for a thousand or less but they got cold feet. My agent is mad at them; even their agent is mad at them. In fact, he “fired” them, i.e. he won’t represent them anymore. According to my agent, he told them this was the best deal in town and the “problems” could be easily fixed.
Well, at least we know what the problems are so we’ll go ahead and fix them. That will make it a little easier on the next buyer.
We’ll just keep trusting.

So sorry the buyers backed out. But God will bring another one, hang on. We are just back from FL and the weather was so nice the whole time. We came home with summer outfits and had to put our coats back on half way home and saw snow about 200 miles from home. There was lots of snow and ice around when we pulled in the driveway. :( But... it is so good to be home. We sure had a nice time with Dilleheys. Also got to see my cousin I had not seen in 50 yrs. Traveled 1260 miles one way. Continuing to pray for you about the house. Love, Sue
